Innogen Henderson is a highly-qualified and technically-experienced real estate finance professional with 15 years of experience. She began her career at KPMG where she progressed to Senior Manager, specializing in building, construction, real estate, and audit. Since leaving public practice, she has held senior management positions with Minto and Regional Group, gaining real estate management and development experience in fully-integrated real estate companies that operate on the national and regional levels. She has arranged over $550 Million in new project debt and equity and is constantly looking to improve the financial picture of her projects while managing stakeholder objectives.
