Evan Johnson started his career as a financial analyst with InterRent REIT in 2015 after graduating from the University of Ottawa Summa Cum Laude. There, he was responsible for all of the underwriting and due diligence for the REIT’s acquisitions program. He joined CLV Group Developments in 2018 and uses a numbers-focused approach to drive value for all development projects and ownership groups. Evan currently oversees all financial underwriting activities, takes a critical approach to project design, and uses his acquisitions experience to create desirable, resident-focused communities. To date, Evan has led the underwriting and due diligence on $500 Million in completed real estate transactions.
