The Slayte takes a vacant office building and transforms it into a high-end community built for interaction. The use of the existing structure allows us to divert waste, and recycle while creating something beautiful from something old.

EVOLVING URBAN CORE

New and exciting developments are being planned near The Slayte which will help enhance the residential, retail, office, and cultural experience of both the Downtown and LeBreton Flats district. Of note is the proposed Ottawa Public Library and Library and Archives Canada Joint Facility which will be located less than 300m from The Slayte.

The Slayte construction started back in April 2021.

The Slayte’s amenities will include a business centre, large fitness centre, parcel storage, main floor outdoor seating areas, a large rooftop terrace with a hot tub, BBQs and fire pits, and a spacious rooftop lounge.

The suites will be rental apartments, with some furnished extended stay suites as well.

The Slayte will offer the following suite types: studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, along with 2 terrace suites on the ground floor.
